We are delighted to announce that JHPR are now handling PR for current UK World Chocolate Master Ruth Hinks, the inspiring entrepreneur behind multi award winning chocolatier and patisserie Cocoa Black.
Originally from South Africa, mother of two Ruth has a twenty-five-year career as chocolatier and pastry chef, in which her accomplishments including success at the 2013 World Chocolate Masters, has successfully positioned herself amongst the world’s top 5 chocolatiers and ambassador for global chocolate brand Callebaut
Owner of Cocoa Black Chocolate & Pastry School in Peebles. near Edinburgh, Ruth is passionate about passing on her skills to culinary enthusiasts and the next generation of chocolatiers and pastry chefs.
